Healing is a journey of coming home to yourself

Motherhood can feel like you are walking barefoot through your past, your child cries and suddenly - you’re five again. Overwhelmed, unseen, unheard, too much.

Here, I understand that I too have walked through motherhood with the shadows from the past

I am here to hold space for mothers who are healing their own painful childhood wounds whilst wiping noses, making dinners and showing up - imperfectly, bravely and beautifully.

Every time your child’s big emotions bring up your own childhood wounds and unmet needs it can all feel too much.

And yet - you keep on showing up, putting them first, even through the tears and the pain in your heart

You are not failing, you are mothering and healing

You don’t have to carry this alone.

This is your soft space to feel, to breathe and let go, I am here to meet you in your rawest places - with no expectations, no judgement

Hi I’m Claire

 

I am a mum to five amazing boys and nanny to two wonderful grandchildren, childhood trauma survivor and space-holder for healing mothers

I have walked this path - with bare feet, tear streaked cheeks and a heart cracked wide open

I have lived the reality of mothering whilst healing from complex childhood trauma, my journey has given me a deep sense of compassion and empathy.

I know the struggle with showing up for your children whilst being deeply triggered by their emotions and learning to hold my own

I know the struggle with low self worth, shame and anxiety, striving to be the perfect mum and choose a different path for my own children

With an extensive background in Early years, working with families for over 20 years to support their children with holistic sleep support, infant care, nurturing baby classes and more.

My focus shifted though when I realised that mothers need healing too

I have not only trained in early years extensively but also trained in coaching, hypnotherapy, energy healing, heart healing, NLP, EFT and more and -most of all - I have walked myself through my own deep unravelling and healing

I believe in the power of love, connection and relationships and believe that we all have the power within us to break the cycle and heal for ourselves and our children.

I know what it feels like to mother while navigating your own healing. This space was born from that experience—and it’s here to walk with you through the messy, beautiful, and brave work of becoming the peaceful parent you never had.

My past is not my shame, it is my legacy. And I am here to help you turn your pain into purpose too.

Motherhood unpeels the layers within us that are yet to be healed, the polarity of motherhood also shows us that its the balance between the woman or the mother, often we ignore our own needs whilst prioritising the needs of our children, yet it is possible to be both

This may result in you feeling angry, upset or ashamed, its ok to feel

This is not about perfection or being the perfect mum, this is showing up imperfectly to be the good enough mother and woman

    I specialize in supporting women to heal through my unique Nurturing hearts method. I offer one off reset healing sessions to bespoke retreat days or my thriving mama experience working with me intensively for four months.

I cannot thank Claire enough for her incredible support for my family and I. After initially contacting Claire for support with my eldest‘s sleep which was just incredible and after uncovering I was holding a lot from her birth I decided to work with Claire over a longer period of time. Claire enabled me to release the trauma and the emotions surrounding my birth and postpartum experience with my eldest daughter. Claire has a way of just being able to fully listen and understand and she quickly identified the roots of my emotions and beliefs that I had been carrying with me since childhood. Throughout the whole experience I was held emotionally and energetically, it enabled me to deepen my connection with my children and partner. It was therapy, healing, hand holding, parent coaching all in one and I am truly grateful for the help you have given our family.
